When customers have an issue, or are pursuing a project, they call on us to make things happen. We are most often found in one of our customer’s showrooms, or out in the field with one of our electrical wholesale customers chasing job opportunities. We also spend quite a bit of our time conducting product knowledge/training meetings with our customers as well as the specifiers in our area. When our customers purchase new products for display in their showrooms we are there to install the new product and merchandise for them. If they have purchased products that are not selling, we are there for them to come up with a solution so that both parties are profitable. We have found that not only do our customers appreciate our full-service mentality, but they reward us with more business as a result.
We understand that relationships are paramount to our success, and also in the success of the manufacturers we represent. The pursuit of relationships with our customers, and with our manufacturers, is allowing us to greatly expand the market share of the manufacturers that we represent. We consistently achieve goals of expanding our market share throughout the territory. Our unique experience, and these established relationships, has set us apart among other agencies.
